Charitable Recipient Application
You must be a non-profit or 501C charitable organization to be eligible to be a Fantasy of Lights Charitable Recipient. If your organization qualifies, complete the application and submit it along with your 501C or non-profit paperwork to Fantasy of Lights at P. O. Box 6, Upper Sandusky, Ohio 43351.
